Questions
What happens after I book online?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our site and you get a receipt by email right away. Next you'll share a few trip details (it takes a minute), and a TSNMI concierge contacts you within one business day to set up a short kickoff call.
How does membership work?
You pay monthly and earn Concierge trips as you go: one each month on Monthly, one every other month on Every Other Month. Your first trip is available the day you join. Each trip covers up to 9 days and includes everything in The Concierge. You can see your available trips any time in your TSNMI dashboard.
What if I don't travel for a few months?
Unused trips carry over, and you can hold up to 2 at a time for a busy season. Trips earned beyond that expire, so the plans stay fairly priced for everyone.
What counts as a small request?
Anything that isn't a full trip: a dinner reservation, ideas for a weekend away, a quick rebooking, tickets for a show. Members can send as many as they like.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. After the minimum (4 months on Every Other Month, 3 months on Monthly) you can cancel any time with no fee. Just reply to any TSNMI email or text us.
What if my White-Glove trip is bigger than the base fee covers?
The $1,500 fee covers most White-Glove trips. For large groups or multi-destination trips we confirm scope on the kickoff call, and nothing extra is ever charged without your OK.
What's the difference between Single Trip Blueprint and The Concierge?
Single Trip Blueprint is the plan: a fully designed itinerary with booking links, and you make the reservations. The Concierge is the plan plus execution: we book and manage everything, and you just pack.
How is this different from the free AI planner?
The free planner gives you a strong starting point in a minute. Concierge packages put a real person on your trip: we call the hotel, hold the table, know which guide to use, and fix things when a flight is late.
Do you book flights?
We provide optimised flight options and transit strategy and handle all on-the-ground logistics. We don't act as a ticketing agency for individual flights.
How far in advance should I reach out?
For most trips, 4 to 8 weeks. Peak-season and group trips benefit from 3 months. Need something in a week? Ask, we can often handle specific add-on tasks quickly.
